Effective organisation of work and being systematic can increase the productivity of the whole team by several dozen percent. Set up a functional system of working and help your subordinates organise their work effectively.
Constant education, training and experimenting with new procedures are essential in building the action readiness of the whole team and, in the long-term, sustainable development of individual employees.
All the above-mentioned traits must, in addition, also be supported by developing healthy confidence in individual employees. Give your subordinates room to express themselves, listen to their opinions and gradually build their self-confidence.
