While at the time of creating strategy and goal setting there is a space for discussion and negotiation of agreements between employees and managers, there is not much space for democracy in case of observing the agreements. To be able to manage relationships, we have to listen to our feelings. If someone can not meet a deadline, he should say it in advance, not only at the meeting where he should present his results. Wide range of such policies, rules and agreements can be arranged. It is important, however, for both the parts to agree on them and observe them.
