Procrastination affects not only employees but also their managers and it may become a severe problem. But you can overcome even a bad case of procrastination. Set priorities

First of all, you must have your priorities defined. You will not manage to finish everything; therefore, you must determine your primary focus.

Plan every day

Prepare a detailed schedule and plan of activities for each day and then strictly adhere to this plan.

When you are meant to work on a certain task, turn off your phone, do not answer e-mails and eliminate all distractions, such as the TV.

Spend only a pre-determined time period on each task

You must not spend more time than originally intended on individual tasks. If you are unable to finish a task, move it to the next day and continue with your daily plan.
