Good leader does not pretend anything

We have already written many times about what a successful leader does or should do. Let's, therefore,  look at leadership from the opposite side now with a little help from Inc.com. Let's ask what a good leader does not. If we should answer concisely and clearly, we would say he is not trying to be anyone else than he is. Specifically, this means that a good leader does not:

1. Do the same things as everyone else

He seeks to challenge the status quo, existing norms and groupthink without individual opinion.

2. Bother with his weaknesses

He does not sink into doubts about his own perfection. He believes in himself and does not become attached to something they are not. He does what he likes with a particular passion.

3. Unnecessarily waste time

He has a vision of what he wants to do in life. He does not wish things to change, he changes them.

4. Try to be successful at any cost

He has a goal ahead of himself that he wants to meet. When he meets it, more and more goals come. Success is a byproduct of what he is doing.

5. Get blinded by his vision

He continues to question both himself and others and find new perspectives. He does not surround himself only by yes-men.

6. Fear competitors

He believes in his skills and is able to face the competition. He does the best he can do.
