1. Early bird
Research suggests that people who rise early are generally more successful, happier and mentally healthier than those who like to sleep in. According to the blog of the HubSpot company, you must of course adjust the time you go to bed accordingly.
2. Breakfast
Do not skip breakfast. Eat easily digested, nutritious foods that quickly give you back the energy you have lost fasting during the many hours of your sleep.
3. Appropriate alarm
The song with which you rouse yourself should pump you up for the day ahead. Have an alarm jingle guaranteed to hype you up.
4. Exercise
With light, regular morning exercise, you make it clear to your body that sleeping is over and thus speed up activation of your mental and physical strength.
5. Firm goal
A day in advance set a goal for the following day on which you will focus your activities. The vision of a mission accomplished will drive you forward. For instance: “Today at work I will call 20 of my past clients.”
6. Looks
Spend time each morning on your appearance so that you leave for work satisfied, self-confident and optimistic.
