Kindermanagement (a German term meaning "childish managemenet" in English) is definitely not a term with a positive meaning in the management dictionary. The term refers to a situation where management and decision-making powers in the organization are hold by young people who are not too much concerned with ethical scruples but practice the culture of strength, power and performance.
The so-called "kindermanagers" usually do not miss enthusiasm, sometimes even a fanatical enthusiasm and the proverbial drive. However, the real managerial basis, wich involves a real knowledge management system and its functions, is missing. The factors of IQ and EQ are not in mutual parity. Youth like reaching for senior positions in corporate management, which serves them to satisfy the need for prestige for a period of time but at least worsens the quality of life of potential partners and collaborators.
